drew-carey-280412-203x3001Drew Cary, at 52 is not happy at all with his looks and he said being big is inconvenient.

“It sucks being fat, you know,” “I was diabetic with Type-2 diabetes.”

So he decided to change and get on a new and strict diet routine. He discarded carbohydrates from his diet and on a regular basis hit the gym.

Now he says he is no longer diabetic and stopped his medication. Although carbs has been scrapped from his diet, he confesses to cheating twice here and there but basically no carbs, that means no starches at all. He lives on egg whites for breakfast, or any fruit and Greek yogurt.

He eats nothing but protein like chicken which is grilled, fruits, steamed vegetable, no caffeine beverages or soda. He does a lot of cardio workouts, minimum 45 minutes everyday.

His determination paid off, now he is down to 33-34 pants from where he was of size 44. Since losing weight, he is determined to trim down more.

“I like being skinny,” says Carey. “I was sick of being fat on the camera. Really, I just got sick of it.”

He said that once you have started losing weight, you don’t want to stop especially if you witness the effect.
